Per the conference website:

RSJ Virtual Romance Book Convention is a 3-day online event celebrating diversity in romance with authors, readers, and publishers. A Highlight of the event is the Registration Gift Box shipped directly to attendees with free books.

This is both a reader and writer event, with opportunities to learn craft as well as pitch to agents/publishers.

Current registration isn’t up yet, but last year’s price was $395. The page has an email signup to be kept in the loop about the event.
