This is a crime oriented book event, but I’ve included it because I went to this in 2024, and it was a lot of fun. If you’re a Ann Cleeves fan, you’ll want to attend. You can even get a Vera map to scout out locations were Vera was filmed.

Also, Whitley Bay is a lovely town.
