It helps a lot. I’m horrible with blurbs, and while I am getting better, I am a long way from passible.

My besties sent me to a small town away from the one who broke my heart for a well deserved rest and self care. I never expected to discover a world of mythical proportions. There were more secrets in the lake and hidden in the wood than a James Patterson novel.

Getting my head back into my storyline, and writing my next romance novel meant I needed to focus on the writing the book, not Sam McConnell and his secrets. Don’t even get me started on his mother.

His best the hermit with his chewbaca charm. The folks hiding in the woods. A childhood friend with a talent for bending time, and his mother, right, don’t get me started.

The acceptance of who and what I am, while hiding from others like me, make me feel cherished and safe. When I’m in their presence I want to stay and become part of them.

Yet, doing what it takes to keep me close and their secrets safe; safe from their enemies.

    1) WIP: Along came a Myth is about Rhea Russell who must overcome her writer’s block in order to keep her book deal.

    2) WIP: Along came a Myth is about Sam McConnell who must keep his friends hidden in order to keep them safe from the outsider staying at his BnB.
